Tunisia- PDL denounces a “clandestine” publication of the complementary finance law 2021

The PDL denounced in a press release on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, the “clandestine” publication of the 2021 Supplementary Finance Law.

The 2021 Supplementary Finance Law was issued in the Jort on Tuesday without any public debate in the absence of a parliament.

The PDL further warned the Head of State against any try to publish “in an authoritarian and unilateral manner” decrees that could impair freedoms or to develop tailor-made texts to “carry out an undercover political project of reforms”.
