Tunisia-PDL to continue its sit-in , start a progressive hunger strike

The political bureau of the Free Destourian Party (PDL) resolved to continue its sit in the parliament in reaction to the rejection of the party’s request to audition the House speaker Rached Ghannouchi and submit the question to the vote in plenary.

The party also announced a progressive hunger strike initiated by  MP Majdi Boudhina and the signing of petition to question Ghannouchi and withdraw confidence from him.

The political office of the PDL also announces that correspondence will be addressed to international parliaments in the subject matter.
