Tunisia-Personal data of teachers circulating on the web – Chawki Gaddes denounces

Teachers were furious yesterday to see a document circulating on social networks, exposing the results of the movement to transfer teachers with their ID card numbers and unique identifiers.

Contacted by Tunisie Numérique, the President of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) Chawki Gaddes announced that it was strictly prohibited to publish the personal data of Tunisian citizens regardless of their quality even by the media, in accordance with to Organic Law n ° 2004-63 of July 27, 2004, relating to the protection of personal data.
