Tunisia – Pharmacists decline to apply the tariff imposed by the Ministry of Health for rapid tests

The pharmacists’ union announced on Friday that it formally oppose the decision adopted by the Minister of Health to set the price of the rapid tests at 20 TND.
The union told its members, in a statement released on Friday, that the minister’s decision has no legal force nor does it bind them in any way.
The union has notified its members that it has likewise started legal proceedings for an appeal against this text.
