Tunisia-Photo: Ghannouchi blocks journalists from accessing the parliament

local reporter from the House of People’s Representatives has confirmed to Tunisie Numérique that journalists were banned from entering the parliament dome under the order of parliament speaker Rached Ghannouchi. Ghannouchi carefully instructed to ban the entry of journalists due to the apparent absence of parliamentary work.
National and international journalists flocked the parliament in the early hours of Saturday to cover the plenary session that will bring together Ennahdha deputy Jamila Ksiksi and The Free Destourian Party leader Abir Moussi for reconciliation. Our speaker affirmed journalists had denounced the act as they were informed of the reconciliation meeting.

Moreover, Ghannouchi even prohibited the official entry of some PDL deputies.
