Tunisia-[Photos]: President Kais Saied departs to Qatar

President Kais Saeid departed to  Qatar to carry an official state visit in response to an invitation sent by Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani is the Emir of Qatar.

Upon his arrival at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, the three armies formation greeted him, before saluting the flag to the tune of the national anthem.

The President of the State was seen off by Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi, and members of the Presidential cabinet, as well as the Governor and the mayor of Tunis.

During this visit, the Head of State will be accompanied by a high-level delegation that includes, in particular, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs Mr  Othman Jerandi, Minister of Trade and Export Development, Mr Mohamed Boussaid, Minister of sport and employment Mr Kamel Deguiche and Minister to the Prime Minister in charge of relations with Parliament Ali Hafsi.
