Tunisia-Plenary session on January 17 dedicated to bill amending law on criminal reconciliation

The House of People’s Representatives (ARP) will hold a plenary session on January 17, 2024, to examine three draft laws:

  • Bill relating to the exchange of criminals between Tunisia and Algeria
  • Bill amending the Criminal Reconciliation Act
  • Draft law approving the exchanges of the memorandum of understanding between the Tunisian government and the Italian government linking to the granting of a line of credit for the benefit of SMEs
