Tunisia-Plenary session to examine Kais Saied letter
A plenary session will take place today at the House of People representatives to examine the following projects:
Re-examination of draft law n ° 39/2018 amending and supplementing organic law n ° 50/2015 of December 3, 2015, reporting to the constitutional court after the President of the Republic referred it to the house speaker in accordance with the provisions of article 81 of the Constitution.
Examination of the new version of the draft law n ° 142/2020 approving the memorandum of understanding and the loan agreement concluded between the Tunisian Republic and the European Union, linking to the loan given to the Tunisian Government within the framework of macro-financial assistance.
Examination of Bill 152/2020 allowing the State to subscribe to the seventh general increase in the capital of the African Development Bank, to unclaimed shares of the sixth general increase and to shares created following the accession of Ireland to the African Development Bank.
