Prime minister-designate Habib Jemli formally met the president of Syndicate of Administrative judges(French AMU) at the Guesthouse “Dar Dhiafa” in Carthage, the official meeting adequately addressed key issues surrounding The Administrative Justice and expectations of the next government.
Helali emphasised that the meeting centred more on Problems shadowing The Administrative Justice, he informed PM Jemli that the administrative justice was dwelling in an unconstitutional state as six years have passed without undergoing any law regulation. He also clarified that the code of administrative justice has not seen the light since it was carefully drafted in 2016.
