Tunisia-PM Elyes Fakhfakh re-emphasize his stance to exclude Qalb Tounes from governmental consultations

Prime minister-designate Elyes Fakhfak is adhering to his stand on not calling Qalb Tounes to partake in governmental consultations, asserted PM Fakhfakh team member Adnen Ben Youssef.

Fakhfakh choice consists of building a stable and harmonious partisan belt, on the last legislative vote and on the experience of successive governments     , declared Ben Youssef in a declaration to the TAP agency.

He also stressed that the position of Ennahdha only “represents them,” ensuring that the process of forming the government had found a favourable response in most political parties.

“The consultations will end with the signing of the contract memorandum for the government programme,” he said.

Ben Youssef warned of the risks that could arise from the rejection of the next government; the socio-economic situation of the country cannot bear the scenario of early legislative elections.
