PM Fakhfakh emphasised during a press conference the difficulty to asses the economic repercussions of the virus,he anticipated that the virus will cease its spread with rising temperatures in Tunisia.

The virus consequences on falling oil prices will have both a good and bad repercussions, asserted the PM. He explained that this fall will cause growth indicators in the world to decline but at the same time it will reduce pressure on the budget deficit at the level of energy.

A small ministerial council will meet weekly to address the latest updates on coronavirus, added Fakhfakh.
