Tunisia-PM Elyes Fakhfakh:I sold my shares….. to give up everything that raise suspicions

Prime minister addressed suspicions of conflict of interest, In an interview with Nawaat, he disclosed that his contribution to the company is within 20%, and as soon as controversy was incited about the deal, he forwarded his willingness to sell his shares. He pointed out that he had already begun in the process of giving them up to a partner to secure his and the government’s credibility.

The current situation required stability and the instantaneous work to save the state and the public finances, he added.

The PM affirmed that he will give up everything that raises suspicions.
