Tunisia-PM Elyes Fakhfakh:We did not threaten businessmen

Prime minster  Elyes Fakhfekh affirmed that the president Kaïs Saïed made no allusion to the confiscation businessmen’s assets, during his last declaration.

In a televised interview,the PM  specified that the nation is in a state of war against the coronavirus pandemic He stressed the need to mobilize the required resources from outside or from companies as well as organisations which can contribute to the national effort against this virus.  Fakhfekh also indicated that the state could adopt extraordinary taxes.

Furthermore, he clarified that requests for contributions made to businessmen are not a threat.
