Tunisia-PM Hichem Mechichi meets representatives of UGTT, UTICA and Qalb Tounes

Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi, on Friday, met with his government team at the Government Palace in Kasbah.

During the meeting, Mechichi placed the priorities and the working method for the succeeding stage as well as the means to enhance the management of public service.

He urged the members of his team to “make all effort to fulfil the expectations of citizens in terms of development and stability”.

Mechichi also advised them to “properly prepare for the next economic and social deadlines,”.

On another level, the Prime Minister met with Secretary-General of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT) Noureddine Taboubi and a delegation of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) led by its President Samir Majoul.

Hichem Mechichi also received the president of the Qalb Tounes, Nabil Karoui.

The meetings are part of the will to “ensure the proper organisation and smooth functioning of government action and to establish new mechanisms for coordination with national organisations and political parties.
