Tunisia-PM Mechichi and his team to swear oath today

Prime minister Hichem Mechichi and his team will take the constitutional oath in front of president Kais Saied at 2:00 am.
Taking the oath is a constitutional condition for the government to assume its duties under Article 89 of the Constitution. The team shall take the following oath in front of the head of the state:
“I swear by Almighty God to work loyally for the good of Tunisia, to respect the country’s Constitution and its legislation, to defend its interests and bear full allegiance to it”
