Tunisia-PM Mechichi receives two assaulted doctors from Yasminet hospital

Prime minister Hichem Mechichi, welcomed Friday, July 23, 2021, the two doctors who were assaulted at the hospital of Yasminet in the governorate of Ben Arous, as well as the director of the establishment, Ibrahim Dhouafli. Mr Mechichi hailed the efforts of caregivers in the battle against the Coronavirus, specifying that the administration would deploy all means to secure the safety of medical staff and the improvement of working conditions, in particular within emergency services and COVID circuits.

The director of the hospital, for his part, asserted that the discussion had likewise turned around the development of the installation of the field hospital given by Qatar, noting that the prime minister committed to accelerating the installation of medical gas installations and the oxygen generator so that the hospital can be operational as soon as possible.
