Tunisia-President Kais Saied denounced the spread of corruption in many regions

President Kais Siad presided over the security council to evaluate the previous measures taken to combat the coronavirus and search for new measures in light of recent developments in all fields.

In his opening speech, he indicated that a set of actions and decisions can be taken concerning the health, economic, financial, social and educational situation, as well as the circumstances of Tunisians stranded abroad and other issues that occupy the public opinion.

He also denounced the spread of corruption in many regions and the need to restore citizens confidence so they don’t feel as a  voting card.

He also condemned the gambling taking place concerning the sale of masks or the monopoly of semolina, stressing the necessity of preserving the dignity of Tunisians, and stressed that the cruellest type of torture is the continuous deprivation of the most basic human rights.
