Tunisia-President Kais Saied makes a phone call with King Felipe of Spain ,expresses solidarity with spain in fighting coronavirus

President of the Republic Kais Saied called King of Spain, Philip VI, to displaying sympathy and solidarity with the Spanish people in the face of the global pandemic coronavirus.
The Spanish king reciprocated these feelings of solidarity and expressed his deep affection for this call.
The two counterparts discussed The necessity of coordination between different countries to take concerted special measures especially at the level of the United Nations and the International Security Council
because international peace and security must not be interpreted in the traditional understanding but in the sense of saving humanity from any threats.
It was also emphasised that hastened measures taken by countries was not enough and did not lead to restricting the worsening of the situation in many regions of the world.

The Spanish king expressed his support for Tunisia’s stance to raise this issue before the UN Security Council.
