Tunisia-President Kais Saied receives representatives of families of martyrs and wounded of revolution

President Kais Saied welcomed Wednesday evening at Carthage presidential Palace many representatives of the families of martyrs and injured of the revolution.

The participants in the meeting addressed the difficulties they face daily, particularly with regard to health care.

They further displayed their disappointment at the fact that the ultimate list of martyrs and wounded of the revolution has not been announced so far, revealing their confidence in the President of the Republic and hoping that these problems will be solved rapidly.

The President of the Republic “reiterated the engagement to grant special attention to this issue, alongside the issue of the martyrs and wounded of the security and military institutions,” the same source said.

He affirmed, “the resolution to meet their legitimate demands and the readiness to do everything possible to guarantee that the publication of the final list of martyrs and wounded of the revolution is among the priority files to be submitted to the new government”.
