Tunisia-President Kais Saied receives secretary of state for Foreign Affairs Sabri Bachtobji

President Kais Saied welcomed secretary of state for Foreign Affairs Sabri Bachtobji at Carthage presidential palace.

Bachtobji conferred earnestly the president of the republic with the direct results of Tunisia assistance in the 3rd session of the “G20 Compact with Africa” summit in Berlin. Bachtobji also notified Saied of the content of the personal consultations he had with heads of official delegations of friendly countries.The latter praised the democratic process in Tunisia and eagerly embraced the outstanding success of the legislative and presidential elections.

The meeting further displayed a unique chance to adequately address diplomatic events programmed for the upcoming period, including the emergency ministerial conference of the League of Arab States in Cairo.
“It will concentrate on the situation in Palestine and the pressing necessity to aid the brotherly Palestinian people,” he added.
