Tunisia-President Kaïs Saïed sends condoles with family of Gisèle Halimi

President Kaïs Saïed conveyed a letter of condolence to the family of lawyer and feminist activist Gisèle Halimi, who passed away Tuesday in Paris at the age of 93.
Born on July 27, 1927, in La Goulette, in a Tunisian family of Jewish faith, Gisèle Taieb of her birth name was a lawyer, politician and writer.
The feminist activist had devoted her life to women’s rights and parity.
