The conversation addressed the outstanding and distinguished relationships between Tunisia and Saudi Arabia. The two counterparts discussed the global health situation and the need to consolidate efforts between all countries to fight the Coronaviruds pandemic.
The President of the Republic stated in this context the initiative he submitted to the United Nations, which strives to approach this new situation according to a distinctive approach.
On his part, King Salman asserted his support for this initiative as he recalled the recently held G20 summit which asked for joining efforts at the global level to confront this pandemic.
