Tunisia-President Kais Saied welcomes Palestinian journalist Abdel Bari Atwan

President Kais Saied received veteran Palestinian journalist and analyst Abdel Bari Atwan at Carthage presidential palace.

Atwan revealed that the president of the republic had a  clear picture for the prospect of Tunisia and its people as well as a marked insight to make social and economic issues a top priority.

He further hailed the president advocacy for the independence of the judiciary system and the rule of law and his dedication to promoting Tunisia’s role in the Arab world and the international community.

The Palestinian journalist also extended his appreciation to President Saied for his support of the Palestinian cause. He also  stressed that defending the legitimate Palestinian rights is a duty for all nations.
