The president on the obligation of the head of government not to give in to all sorts of pressure and intimidation or haggling in choosing his new ministers. He Recalled that it was agreed that the government would be made up of members whose integrity does not rise to doubts

The Head of State also recalled that there is no question of designating ministers from among those who have ongoing cases, even if the justice has not ruled in these cases, particularly since some cases are staying in courts for over ten years. He said the laws require the perpetrator not to face any legal action or have doubts about his behaviour and past, which could harm the state and its credibility.
