Tunisia-President of the Republic departs to Algeria

The President of the Republic Kais Said travelled today Monday, July 4, 2022, to Algeria, following an invitation from the Algerian President Abdelmagid Tebboun, to participate in the festivities of the Algerian people on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of independence day.

Upon his arrival at Tunis Carthage airport, the head of the state was welcomed by a formation of the three armies and saluted the national flag.

Prime minister Najla Bouden Romdhane, the governor of Tunis Kamel Fekhi, Souad abderrahim mayor of Tunis and Azzouz Baalal ambassador of Algeria in Tunisia greeted the president on his departure.
