President Kaïs Saïed handed over Wednesday the credentials of five new ambassadors at a ceremony held in Carthage presidential palace.
The diplomats are:
Najmeddine Lkhel: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States of America
Chafik hajji: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Sudan
Hayet Talbi: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India
Sabri Chaabani: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania
Mohamed Karim Ben Bchar: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Cameroon
The newly designated ambassadors took the oath of office before the President of the Republic, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Othman Jerandi.
