Tunisia-President Saied: “Gabes a stricken city in a wounded nation”

During his visit to the Gabes industrial plant following Saturday’s fire that left five workers dead and another seriously wounded, the President of the Republic, Kais Saied spoke to the media, affirming the environmental condition in Gabes is appalling, even considering that the governorate is stricken. The head of state has vowed to begin work on a new hospital in Gabes. “Gabes is a stricken city in a wounded nation,” he said.
