Tunisia-Protection of rights and freedoms: Kais Saied failed his exam according to Nabil Hajji

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique’s microphone, Democratic Current member Nabil Hajji voiced that his party has today been banned from demonstrating against Kais Saied’s new rulings. “Since Habib Bourguiba Avenue was dedicated for Saied supporters, the security forces suggested to protest near the TGM station,” he said.

Demonstrating that this is a peaceful demonstration organized with the participation of other parties, the MP indicated that the president only desires to deal with those who support him. “While reasoning to protect rights and freedoms in his speeches, Kais Saied failed his exam today. Indeed, history is repeating itself, ”he said, referring to the former regime of Ben Ali.
