Protests ignited again in Sidi Bou Ali, Sousse, when demonstrators barred the main road by promptly placing burning tires, waste containers and stone.

One of the local protesters told Tunisie Numérique that protests ignited due to frictions with the milk-processing plant, the complex situation was severed by principal non-payment of standard wages, ceased production and the referral of workers to official unemployment.
