Tunisia: Provisional Superior Council of the Judiciary approves its rules of procedure
The Provisional Superior Council of the Judiciary revealed, in a press release the holding of a plenary session of the Council yesterday, Thursday during which its rules of procedure were approved, within the time limitation.Revealing that this procedure falls within the framework of the provisions of Article 1 of Decree No. 11 of February 12, 2022, creating the Superior Council of the Provisional Magistracy which stipulates that “the council sets its internal regulations which organize theof its work within a maximum period of one month from the date of its first meeting”.
