Tunisia- Rached Ghannouchi: Ennahdha demands that no party be excluded from national dialogue

Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi today welcomed the resumption of the UGTT initiative correlating to the national dialogue, following the recent meeting between the President of the Republic Kais Saied and the general secretary of the UGTT  Noureddine Tabboubi.

Nonetheless, he emphasised that the Islamist movement will not accept any exclusion, evoking that the Ennahdha party has encountered exclusion in the past and that it will not make other political entities undergo what he himself had suffered during the dictatorship.

Rached Ghannouchi further considered that dialogue is the only solution to the crisis that the country is currently experiencing.
