House speaker Rached Ghannouchi yesterday received the Russian Ambassador to Tunisia Sergey Nikolaev in the attendance of the President of the Parliamentary Committee on Rights, Freedoms and External Relations Sameh Dammak and head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group between Tunisia and Russia Hassouna Nassfi.
Ghannouchi hailed the efforts made by Russia to support Tunisia in its fight against Covad-19 and this, by obtaining the doses of the Sputnik V vaccine, asking, to provide new vaccines. to Tunisia.
He, therefore, expressed his wish to strengthen collaboration between the two nations, especially in the sectors of the economy, trade, culture, higher education and tourism.
