Tunisia – Rached Ghannouchi refuses Kaïs Saïed the right to replace the constitutional court

Speaking at a press conference in Sfax, Ennahdha party leader and House speaker Rached Ghannouchi declared that there is no hope of stability in the country, as long as there is no Constitutional court.

He explained that in the absence of this court, no one is allowed to interpret the Constitution as they see fit.

He added that Ennahdha will call for an extraordinary session, to speed up the election of members of this court.
