Tunisia- Rached Khiari calls for cancelling the results of the presidential elections

Rached Khiari announced yesterday that he did not receive the warrant against him, believing that this document did not leave the office of the examining magistrate and that it was just leaked on the social network by the Head of the Presidential Cabinet, Nadia Akacha.

He said that Faouzi Daas had confessed to having accepted foreign funding without Kais Saied being aware, calling for the nullification of the result of the votes which made Kais Saied the President of the Republic, given the offences of which he accuses him.

Contradicting himself after claiming that no arrest warrant has been issued against him, Khiari said he declined to appear before military courts because he was certain that there would be no question of a fair trial but heavy penalties which will be inflicted on him despite the evidence of the merits of his accusations.
