The national reform bloc declared on Saturday, February 13, 2021, that it did not enter any alliance or coalition within or outside the Parliament.
In a press release, the bloc stated that it continued to be faithful to its principles based on reform in order to help the general interest and protect what remains of the state’s achievements.
The parliamentary group maintained that it “categorically” refused all calls to take to the streets to defend legitimacy. This decision was taken in order to evade intensifying the division and rushing the population into chaos, calling for ignoring the political escalation which will solely compromise the stability of the country.
The 16 members of the Reform bloc say they command respect for the constitution “which fixes the prerogatives of each authority” while calling for a national dialogue
