Tunisia – Rejection of Mehdi Ben Gharbia’s release request

Sousse Court of First Instance delayed the hearing of Mehdi Ben Gharbia’s case in mid-February. In the meantime, it rejected the request for liberation made by the defence of Ben Gharbia.
