Tunisia-Renaissance Dam – Ethiopia: Tunisia made a “historic mistake”

The Ethiopian Foreign Ministry in a statement denounced Tunisia’s position, as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, in connection to the Renaissance Dam crisis.

Tunisia has, in fact, called on Ethiopia to resume discussions and reach a tripartite deal (with Egypt and Sudan).

Ethiopia’s foreign ministry announced Tunisia had made a historic mistake in asking the Security Council for a position on the matter.
