The minister of tourism René Trabelsi stated that the iftar buffet that was held on Tuesday, brings back the lost image of interreligious tolerance. The minister conveyed that there were invitations from US travel agencies to choose Tunisia as a tourist destination. Adding that he received calls for organized touristic trips. He further stated that El Ghriba ‘s pilgrimage was flocked by journalists from Mexico, Canada and Brazil to cover the event and various touristic locations.
