The Tunisian Syndicate of Liberal Physicians (STML) and the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM) inked yesterday, Thursday, November 24, amendment NO 05, expanding the sectoral agreement for a period of 18 months.
This amendment takes effect from December 01, 2022.
The accord relates to the revision of certain medical acts, including the flat-rate prices inherent in surgery, gynecology-obstetrics, radios, and nuclear medicine.
The new prices will be applied from December 01.
It was likewise agreed to separate the fees from the medical team and the clinic, in cardiovascular surgical interventions, and to cover the costs of dyslipidemia.
Measures will take effect on December 31, 2022, according to the STML.
