Tunisia – Reporters Without Borders calls for immediate release of Noureddine Boutar

Reporters Without Borders called, in a statement, published yesterday, Friday, February 17, the immediate release of Mosaique FM general manager of Noureddine Boutar, 

Khaled Drarni, the representative of the organization in North Africa, confirmed, for this purpose, that the detention of Noureddine Boutar constitutes a violent message of power to the media to terrorize reporters and submit them.

The organization likewise considers the situation of general freedom declines in Tunisia.

The organization had considered the arrest of Noureddine Boutar, without a  mandate and without official reason, and interrogation concerning the editorial line of his media not to be acceptable.
