Tunisia-request examination to release Jarraya reported

The criminal chamber with the Court of Cassation decided to delay the examination of the release of the businessman Chafik Jarraya next week.
Remark that the investigating judge of the judicial pole for the fight against terrorism in charge of the file had accepted the release of Chafik Jarraya but the prosecution appealed to the Chamber of accusations which cancelled it, so it refused to Release the businessman, his attorneys seized the Court of Cassation.

The businessman is under arrest at the disposal of the case “placing himself at the disposal of a foreign army in peacetime”.
