The deputy attorney general of the Tunis Court of Appeal and its spokesman Habib Torkhani announced that the indictment chamber denied the request for the release of Seifeddine Makhlouf and Nidhal Saoudi in the Tunis Carthage airport affair.
The same chamber further rejected Seifeddine Makhlouf’s request for release in the case of undermining a military judge and the morale of the national army. These decisions reinforce those taken by the investigating judge of the Permanent Military Tribunal of Tunis.
