Tunisian director and producer Ridha Behi have been appointed a Carthage new Film Festival director.
Born on 7 August 1947, Behi studied sociology and earned a master’s degree in 1973 at the Paris Nanterre University and a PhD at the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes in 1977.
