Tunisia-Ridha Zaghmi :103 signatures collected to withdraw confidence from Ghannouchi

Democratic Bloc MP Ridha Zaghmi announced Monday all members of his parliamentary group approved the petition to remove confidence from house speaker Rached Ghannouch, adding that 103 signatures have been accumulated so far.

MPs backing the petition attempted to collect signatures from each parliamentary group separately, Zaghmi told the TAP agency.

The goal is to show the moral engagement of each parliamentary group towards the petition and gather the 109 votes required to withdraw confidence from the speaker before submitting it to the bureau of the parliament, the same source added.
