Tunisia-Ruling in 2015 Tunis bombing case postponed

The Criminal Chamber of the Tunis Court of First Instance specialised in terrorist crimes decided to postpone the hearing in the 2015 Tunis terrorist bombing till January 17 to plead and then issue its final verdict.

The 10 accused stood up in court as the State Litigation Officer demanded a compensation of 400,000 dinars. The defence counsel requested more time to present its evidence which was promptly granted by the court.

On 24 November 2015, a local bus transporting Tunisian presidential guards exploded, killing 12 and wounding 20 in Tunis.
