Tunisia-Sadok Haboubi: bread will be sold at 1300 millimes if State lifts subsidies

The president of the Regional Chamber of Bakeries in Béja Sadok Haboubi told Tunisie Numérique that the price of bread could reach 1300 millimes if the State lifts subsidies.

Emphasizing the drawbacks of the lifting of the compensation, our speaker clarified that the situation will be difficult for most Tunisians.

He recollected that a national strike will be organized next Wednesday, December 07, 2022, to call on the State to honour its commitments in regard to professionals in the sector.
