Tunisia – Saïed deplores inaction of governors which forces him to intervene in person

The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, moved this afternoon to El Mnihla, in the governorate of Ariana, where he oversaw the operation to remove construction waste which blocked the road, and which had been amassing for more than a decade. To this end, he deplored the inaction of certain governors, calling on them to assume their obligations in their regions, and that it is not normal that he must interfere in person to resolve problems within their jurisdiction.
