Tunisia – Saïed has no judicial mechanism to dissolve the CSM

The president of the superior council of the magistrature Youssef Bouzakher, responded to the latest statements of the president of the Republic Kaïs Saïed, in relationship with the dissolution of the CSM.
 
He revealed that the president did not disclose the official dissolution of the council by stating that the latter is now a thing of the past.
He added that the president has no judicial or constitutional means to dissolve the council and that the latter will do everything to safeguard itself against repeated attacks by Saied. Bouzakher pointed out that the President of the Republic continues to raise the citizens against the CSM and the judges.
