Echaâb MP Salem Labyadh announced yesterday that Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi had installed a parallel foreign ministry in the headquarters of Eannahdha in Montplaisir where he spent 7 years accepting ambassadors and representatives of foreign states.
Neither the constitution nor the rules of procedure of the parliament nor even the laws associating with political parties give the house speaker such prerogatives, Labyadh said on a television broadcast.
Ghannouchi could not have afforded to exceed his skills to such an extent if the state had not weakened so much, he added.
