Tunisia-Sami Ben Slama: ISIE Members organized a meeting to call on Saïed to terminate my functions

ISIE member Sami Ben Slama revealed today that he did not attend the meeting organized this morning. “I only declined to participate in the first part of the meeting. Its goal was to send a request to the President of the Republic Kais Saïed demanding my dismissal. This decision was made after giving me a warning. I responded in writing to this measure and I attended the discussions on the referendum process. Do not be afraid, whatever they do the referendum will be organized on the date set and will succeed in expressing the will of the people” reads his post.
